2nd Semi-Final: India beat England by 68 runs!
Indian cricket team beat England cricket team by 68 runs and qualified for final of T20 worldcup 2024. It was a clinical performance from Indian team. England won the toss and elected to bowl first because of rainy weather. England started well with the bowl picked up wicket of Virat kohli early, Virat kohli always gets out early in big games. They got Rishabh Pant wicket too but Rohit Sharma stand tall and whacked England bowlers for fun. Brutal innings from Hitman Rohit Sharma. He scored 57 runs from 39 balls with 6 fours and 2 sixes. He played a captain’s knock in a big game. Suryakumar Yadav also played a brilliant innings of 47 runs from 36 balls with 4 fours and 2 sixes. Partnership between Rohit Sharma and Suryakumar Yadav proved to be a match winning partnership for them. Hardik Pandya also played a great cameo of 23 runs from 13 balls. They posted 171 runs total on a slightly difficult pitch. The pitch was helping the spinners. England batters didn’t started well. Bumrah took Phil Salt early then Axar Patel came into the attack. He took 3 wickets in no time. He changed the game completely. England never recovered from that. They keep on losing wickets. Harry Brook was a top run scorer for them. He scored just 25 from 19 balls. Kuldeep Yadav also took 3 wickets. He bowled outstandingly well. Axar Patel and Kuldeep was unbelievably good. England team manages to score just 103 runs…
